about chapter 1 , part 2 :
page 2 : the referee girl is addicted to drugs ?
page 13 : i guess the yakuza gang of yakuza boss girl uses this van to kidnap young girls , sometimes .
then in the last page , an adult comes out of the suspicious van and speaks to an under-age girl : " hey , little miss . why dont you come over and "play" with me for a bit ? "
so i guess the girl hina uses some "naughty favors" to convince / persuade some men :

- she convinced the hongou guy to adopt her as his daughter .
- she convinced the police boss to stop the surveillance .
