to be fair it's probably best to step barefoot on a nail and avoid getting any dirty fabric in the wound!!

LOL yeah tho i hope japan also has preventative tetanus shots but i imagine they'd prolly still need to go to the doctor for a follow up ater something immediate lol

Feel sorry for the dad, not that most parents would want the kid to be in pain but if it had happened to them, they'd learn through experience and be more careful next time
