Well I appreciate that they let the Isekai native baker figure out natural yeast, whole grain bread and properly priced out proportions of wheat-to-flour for yeasted breads. 200g of flour for a 400g loaf for a standard flour-water-salt bread is about right though the hydration is a bit high it's still doable, in fact you can go even higher with wholemeal loaves because they soak water up like a motherfucker.
