Okay, so the translations have been a bit fast and loose, but it’s my understanding that rankings go like this:

• Bad
• Ordinary
• Excellent/Elite
• Top
• Supreme/Peerless

The average Toad Village fighter is “Excellent” with all the generals being ranked “Top?” But, even then the “Top” generals aren’t equal because Qin Man, Zilong, Linhua, and Lin Chong were already on the verge of “Supreme” rank? Hope I got that right lol.
