This just feels painful, frustrating and annoying at the same time to read.
She is her own worst enemy, sabotaging herself.
The only real reason she doesn't have a BF, though, is because the story demands it.
The whole thing is just sad. If some manipulative jerk comes along she'd 100% go along with everything she's gaslit and manipulated into doing.
