6 chapters and the series is already in danger of losing its focus. Last chapter was a flashback and now we're back to after chapter 4. Last chapter had multiple "lucky pervert" moments and this chapter was slice-of-life with almost no development between Nozomu and Sou. I feel this chapter, like the last chapter, is also straying from what made the first 4 chapters enjoyable only in the complete opposite direction this time. I DID like chapters 5 and 6, I just don't feel like they're keeping with the tone and style of the first 4 chapters. There's a bit of a disconnect here. Hoping next chapter gets back on track.

Maaaan, give it time ahah! World building and seeing how the characters interact in nostalgic situations, such as with the Granny, is development in a way!
Sure, we all expected them to act this way, but seeing them go and do it is still good.

If you want proof of what I say look no further than Aka Akasaka’s work on Kaguya-sama, where at the beginning it was roughly 1/2 plot and 1/2 world building, and all that would building really paid off in the end!
