definitely prefer combined, as long as it doesn't end up shrinking the overall page size. i've seen people do that to double-page spreads before, for some reason.

I prefer combined. If you end up putting both the combined and the pages separate, please put the combined version first to preserve the dramatic effect (this goes to every scanlator out there).
