Tomie at her lowest, now she's being downright evil, so I think it works well as the final chapter of the volume. Looks like she just makes insane anyone around her now. Not my favourite, in part because I'm not sure this really needed to be a Tomie chapter, but it's pretty entertaining.
This one is a nice volume. It has its variety even though it's only Tomie, and most of its chapters are good. The first two introduce a pretty good storyline, then Painter and Murder are just great, and finally (ignoring Hair that's really bland) there's this one that's not much more than alright, but it's nice as a closing chapter, letting us feel Tomie will continue being Tomie, each time with more evil.
