Well somewhere on that world there's a bunch of fashion stores were they all get their personalized shit, and in that fashion store every employee is a woman.
That's why we don't see where they get their shit or why we haven't seen any women, is a world segregated by gender and sustained on the need of look cool and be part of a gang.
As a matter of fact. reproduction occurs after a male collects a certain a mount of fashion stamps awarded to him if he spends enough on fashion products, if they manage to fill the fashion stamp card they get the right to mate with one of the store clerks (but they don't get to choose who, luckily if you have a good enough fashion sense a beauty chooses you), if the end result of mating is a girl, the girl stays to live in the fashion store chain, but if it is a boy they are exiled and have to live with the father.
This also explains why when Saba's talked about the raid on Laboro he focused on how his dad got brutally murdered, but he never mentioned his mother, who in any normal raid would have been captured and made a sex slave or killed like the dad.
Thus in a world were survival of the species depends on the capacity of a group to acquire the most amount of fashionable jackets, flags, masks, shoes, pants, stencils, and pompadours, fashion becomes a big deal.
Similarly going bald becomes also a huge deal, because it denies you the perfect excuse to buy hair products, reducing your opportunities to acquire fashion stamps, and your chances at being picked by a sexy store clerk once you finally manage to fill your fashion stamp card.
