I hate to say it, but... Fresh shark is hardly ever delectable. Those suckers are full of ammonia. Which is why you hardly ever see shark sushi or sashimi even in Japan. You can prepare the meat and cook it properly and get a decent (but not great, compared to say, yellowtail) steak, but that takes some time. But oh well, this is Jashin-chan, maybe they have delicious candy sharks.
