Exactly the last chapter was a perfect place to end the season, It seems The Artist got sick/ got fired/ got injured or something else, which is Y they decided to end the season at this cliffhanger so as to give the artist a rest....Also they need it as they were working on this for 60 weeks straight w/o a break.

Its a frustrating cliffhanger but thats what makes it so good. Its an even bigger/more interesting cliffhanger than last chapter that keeps the audience waiting for more, which is a good seller. Seriously can't wait for next season...
