Made me laugh my ass off from how sudden it was.

One thing I want to point out, because for future reference.

Was this one-shot made by Fujiko F. Fujio (Hiroshi Fujimoto), right? The character designs are very his Doraemon's style...
Pretty much on point of some of his other one-shots (as far as they have been scanlated in English) as well, when they turn an unexpected dark corner.

Also, for some reason, the cover of this looks like a man is smiling behind the MC and that kinda creeps me out :')

Kinda wishing some of his other one-shots were translated as well...

Should I add a tragedy tag to this? It's so abrupt and absurd that it almost doesn't qualify, and there's a good argument that it didn't exactly end badly (see chapter comments), but it might be merited as a sort of warning for those who get upset by such things...
