So everyone realizes she's pretty clearly autistic right? Like this girl has autism and no one around her seems to realize it and they all just think she's quirky? Is mental health not really a thing in Japan?

- Signed, someone who also has autism and everyone just thought I was weird for 30+ years

It’s very clear the author is open with her autism through Mai’s interactions with her girl friend, as well as Kuroki’s ability to work through these awkward situations and be considerate of Mai’s feelings. Read the author’s other work PIQUANT and you can tell they’ve done queer romance before.

Welcome to the club, so to speak; I have it as well, though I'm only autistic enough for it to screw up my social 'skills'.

Huh? What does being queer have to do with autism? Or are you using the word just to mean odd?
