That's a higher fever than you usually see in manga. There's also nothing wrong with playing games while you're sick if you feel up to it. Most of the time if a character has a fever it's both lower and they're completely knocked out. So from my point of view this is much more realistic. Despite the ice cream.

I've seen someone getting fever moments after using anti-perspirant spray... so yeah.... people are weird.

Blow blow huh? Must have been a long time ago when she last caught a cold. And that’s a pretty high temperature too, I’m surprised she’s walking around like that, you’d think her body would give out by now since she hasn’t eaten yet.

Colds are no joke so I imagine she probably isn’t feeling the best either, must be really excited to have a friend over so much so that it takes precedent over everything else. Glad to see he isn’t too embarrassed to help her, she seems to really need it given how she normally acts and the way she is currently.
