Maybe I've read too many manga in my time but this is maybe 2 series' plots crammed together. The appraisal isekai one (As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World) + the standard "I'm being shit on in my native land then got sent to merit country where I can shine" one (which is also the "I'm being shit on at this job I'm leaving oh btw I was actually super OP the whole time.). I don't have high expectations but only like two chapters atm so maybe it'll end out being okay.

So is a society only based on Meritocracy.

As in both cases, those who have either no power or merit, gets relegated to the bottom and taken advantage of.
