1. SBR and JJL take place in a completely separate continuity with zero connection to parts 1-6.
2. I assume some of the characters might keep their stands, but that really doesn't matter in the scheme of things.
3. Why would Jonathan be alive?
4. Pucci yes, DIO no. Because the Joestar curse has been lifted, DIO would've never used the stone mask and therefore he never would have been made immortal.
5. I assume not because Jotaro would never have a reason to gift Jolyne the stand arrow and awaken her stand. But again, doesn't really matter.
6. Maybe? But yet again that's not really something that's relevant to the ending.
7. No because Pucci would never have a motive to awaken a stand, let alone reach MiH.
