If you are a cuck - You didnt missed much. It was not directly shown and happend to fast and after that nothing was ever build up (story wise). Just your typical scenario where the FMC cried later how she is tarnished and didnt deserves the MC, and he dosent care about such stuff etc etc.

If your in Harem - You didnt missed much. Girls like MC because he is MC and it stopps there. No development, no romance. Some ecchi/sex scenes with MC but they felt like they were forced in because it wasnt selling well. There is not much story either as it ends without even getting started.
