i was this close to dropping the manga if somehow Takaba ended up killing Kenjaku, and now that he didnt it kinda feels... right?
he got sucker punched by Yuta but still feels fulfilling somehow

idk, i just hated the idea of this fight when it started, and i enjoyed the conclusion, i guess i was just thinking of the worst case direction the fight could have

I liked the fight. I like the off the wall seemingly useless but actually OP characters. I do agree they shouldn't be the a pure deux ex machina, but I like this where they accomplish something significant and setup the actual fighters for the kill.

That comedy battle in the previous chapter was the best chapter of this subpar manga. Even better than the flashback arc of Goju awakening his powers and the Tenjo Tenge moment.
