reading Yuji's lines this chapter feels like seeing him properly come into his own as Gojo's student. He's someone who can't help but try but he has the strength and means to take the brunt of the trouble if his attempt to help backfires. Seeing him stunt on Mahito like that doesn't hurt the comparison either lol

I still believe in Yuka and Tsurugi popping into this in-between space, if cursed spirits are still going to exist even after this plan, sorcerers like them will need to be around to help out for a while longer. Feels right to include them in the conversation and give Maru that last push to go through with things

It feels like Yuji might be hinting or just outright stating that Cursed Spirits can technically create more Cursed Spirits. So even after eliminating Cursed Energy from humans and Simurians, its quite possible that Cursed Spirits with Cursed Energy can potentially create more of themselves. So they might need to be gotten rid of entirely to remove any potential problems in the future. Either that or possibly the dilemma of letting current Sorcerors and Simurians keep their Cursed Energy, as we've seen before is that when a Sorceror dies and they aren't killed with Cursed Energy they can become a Cursed Spirit.

There's alot of little nuances about this situation that removing Cursed Energy being a clear-cut answer or solution to every problem could result in doing something that can never be taken back. Like in the "what-if" scenario that Cursed Spirits still appear even after removing Cursed Energy from every human then they will all be left with no means to defend themselves from Cursed Spirits.

NGL I'm pretty mixed at how Yuji just hijacked the story, ended the fight without us seeing how the meeting between him and Maru went and completely shut the twins out of this apparently big decision.

You think oil/gas is used only for cars lmao? Most of the world's energy and industries use it and believing were are shifting towards some future where everybody uses nothing but solar,wind,hydro and nuclear is delusional. We will be relying on hydrocarbons as a main energy source and for material usage for a long long time.
