1) Sone trying to set Kanoko up, Sone losing his placenta stash, Akane revealing the child's true paternity, Kanoko threatening Kayo-chan, Kanoko extorting Sone's divorce, Kanoko trying to murder Sone, Osaragi and senpai getting blown to hell... The plot is intricate, but easy to follow. The cast behave unexpectedly, but in ways that are true to their characters. Hard to pull off, but Takahasi-sensei makes it look easy..
2) My only problem with this manga is I don't know if I'm emotionally equipped to handle Kayo-chan's impending Shakespearan tragedy. Kayo is the only character who's never hurt anyone and the mangaka is going to break her heart like crushing a Jumbo Max table in a pill splitter..
3) This is how I imagine the hospital staff greeting Osaragi: "You again? Didn't your partner get thrown off a balcony last month? Wait, this is a new guy you got hospitalized? I'm surprised anyone on the force is willing to accompany you on a call, at this point.."
