Honestly, I'd prefer a back-to-basics rudimentary/primitive type revenge, something quick and simple cause again, they're in enemy territory.

Seems to me like the author is getting lazy. Almost immediately a heroine comes out of nowhere to not only fight but also pin down an additional serial killer, the doctor successfully installing two torture devices within enemy territory and a flashback on top of it? It doesn't look like this Manga is going anywhere but downhill from here, which is disappointing at best.
