And then by element of surprise, the doctor was actually just a clone and didn't actually died from the kamikaze attack, it was merely one of his clones because he had known the technology of cloning one's body after their venture to the Jun's place.

And wouldn't you know it, Skibidi toilet and Purple Guy showed up because why the fuck not. They even brought the stormtroopers with energy.

and the doctor was actualy gojo in disguise and he tries to hollow purple kyou but he misses and kills all the girls (except Azuma ofcourse)
