Seemingly the only crime investigation in town is trying to catch Uruma. All the other, very numerous, crimes are swept under the carpet. It must be the most wretched town in Japan, which is why the Uruma grandpa lives there.

Hmmm.. Seeing the situations from the first few chapters I would say this is the outskirts like where I live where there has been a case where they tortured a guy to his death at night prom.. or the author just went and welp the readers will just eat it up.

I keep saying "I'm tired of reading this" but like...it's just disappointment reading at this point. The premise could've been good, but all we have is shock-value rape occasionally interspaced with torture and awkward comedy.

Like others have said, are the police seriously doing nothing else? I'm still stuck on the fact the officer even suspected anything from Uruma from the jump. None of this makes any real logical sense, and it's just so disappointing it's this bad.
