So you’re telling me everything up until this chapter was a dream or an alternate reality of some sort? That’s a rather cheap ending and makes the established setting feel less interesting. While I liked the general mood of this manga and the cast ended up growing on me too, it felt like Ashinano Hitoshi didn’t really know what to do with the story sometimes. I still enjoyed reading it since I like this author and will eventually check out Kotonoba Drive and finish re-reading Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou as well.
