Wouldn’t it be great (hilarious) if actually the dragon is also fulfilling his checkboxes of edgy/powerplay stuff he wants to do like Cid?That dragon is pretty passive. It's not aggressively trying to kill the little ladies. It's just basically reacting to their attacks. It might not offer a satisfying fight for Cid.
It is like Cid said, the dragon is just bored and not fighting to end the fight fast. That dragon is pretty passive. It's not aggressively trying to kill the little ladies. It's just basically reacting to their attacks. It might not offer a satisfying fight for Cid.
This is what happen to a mf when they have an infinite lifespan. Also happened to Cid but in reverse; he wanted to live a long lifespan so he can continue his "play" indefinitely.Wouldn’t it be great (hilarious) if actually the dragon is also fulfilling his checkboxes of edgy/powerplay stuff he wants to do like Cid?
For example in this chapter the dragon would have ticked:
✅ Look down on challengers
✅ Take their attacks without flinching
✅ Praise their strength, but extoll the futility of it
Alpha was at least a noble when she wasn't banished. There might also because the dragon could sense Oliver blood that flow through herHe called Alpha "noble one" does that mean she's royalty or is it just the way he speaks ?
Elves in general are considered as a "noble race", but I believe how her attack have power yet still pose some elegance. Though, I won't be surprised if Alpha is actually a royalty. Alpha is amongst the youngest of known Shadow Garden's age, along with Cid, Beta and Delta, yet she have the commanding presence to manage an organization of 600/700+ members. He called Alpha "noble one" does that mean she's royalty or is it just the way he speaks ?
Not sure. We know Alpha's aunt is a Sword Saint. Alpha and Beta know each other and is close before joining Shadow Garden. Beta has been hinted to be some kinda princess. So, Alpha was at least from a very high-profile family. But I don't think that's what the Dragon was referring to otherwise he would have referred the same to Beta. I think it's more likely referring to Alpha's character as perceived by the Dragon, seeing it calls some of the girls as wise and addressing Delta when talking about desiring the thrill of battle. He called Alpha "noble one" does that mean she's royalty or is it just the way he speaks ?
