Well, it's shonen, so we all know it never ends in a tragedy and hopelessness.Sword got broken, heart got stabbed, and the big bad uncle proves he's infinitely superior. A bad ending would be a good way to end this, but I have a feeling that there's gonna be some kind of badly written nonsense to counter this very decisive loss.
Yeah tbh I get why the use Shinuchi all the time since it's referring to the strongest blade but by now we all know that it isi just wish theyd be consistent and call it either Shinuchi or Magatsumi. switch the name even in the middle of a sentence makes very confusing
oh no, the protagonist died. i dont believe it.
Aka and Kuro are the names of the fish he had as a kid, you don't translate names mostly.alright boys, our MC died so it's time to pack it upeven if you take away his superpower, this is still the guy who beats the supposedly-faster-but-fictional White Purity Style iai using the actually-doable-in-real-life normal iai. Chihiro never stands a chance
also, they translated "Dragonfly" and "Butterfly" but only romanized "Aka" and "Kuro". inconsistent translations disturb me
okay, i can agree with that. my beef with the translations of this series started since they used "Cloud Gouger" instead of "Kuregumo", but then use the romanized name for the other Blades. can't help but nitpick these inconsistencies ever since, because where's the line? why don't they translate "Enten" = "Abyssal Sky"? and since they translated "Cloud Gouger", why didn't they translated its techniques: "Mei", "Yui", and "Kou"? like, come onAka and Kuro are the names of the fish he had as a kid, you don't translate names mostly.
