IMHO that would be a lot more interesting than the predictable good organization vs evil organization schtick we got now. They pull this off right it could be something like Aizen's betrayal in Bleach.

In all honestly its a well executed plot twist, Samura is introduced as this decent guy so its hard to imagine him as the traitor, but its precisely he is a decent guy that he becomes the traitor.

I'm not sure if Uruha is really died but we'll see.
