Heck, they're blatantly drawn with the ellipse tool in some paint program or other. They're just circular lines.
Poorly done, mangaka. For shame.
For someone who allegedly distrusts people for being shallow and only liking her for the way she looks, she doesn't look anything special without the glasses. In fact without them she has no defining features at all.
