It's weirdly done manga, some random stories bundled together with greater narrative overseeing it and also it makes you think as if one more page is missing at the end of most chapters.
I lost count of how many times I thought "Eh?! It's new chapter already? But the previous one didn't seem like it ended... ".
Still, I can't say I didn't like it. It is great.

Great manga !!! 8.5/10

although it has harem tag but I think the romance is so minuscule and focus on the action and mystery
Recommended for someone who loved supernatural and mystery genre

I wanted to see if some pages were missing in the official release, but apparently not...
It gets so confusing sometimes even though I had already read it some years ago.

Like in the camp, Hime asks if Hiro told her if he said he had an accident there 4 years ago. But we never saw that conversation.

Just revisiting this manga after a long time. It was such a good read, but so weird at the same time.

Do you mind answering a couple of questions about it for me, about how this progresses past the first volume?

Does Hiro ever get an ounce of respect from anyone? He's not treated well. His death is on Hime since the mistakes of a subordinate are the responsibility of the master. He was killed, and she brought him back, but only as an undead servant whose life is forever tied to hers.

So now he's her responsibility, which I can't stress enough. But in the first volume, not only has she straight up forgotten to give him blood, which got him captured and hurt, she's also not given him blood because she was toying with him by dripping it off the balcony and making him try to catch it. Yet every time she does give him blood, she acts like she's doing him a favor and he should be grateful.

She does come and save him occasionally, but that's the absolute least she should do, he's her responsibility, and it's sometimes her fault he's in trouble in the first place.

He's supposed to be a blood warrior, but he's never able to do anything to prove himself. He's rarely even useful, and when he is, his only use is as a meat shield, dying in her place or taking a hit for her. He usually ends up dead on the ground pretty quickly and is not even involved in the fight. And now she's got an actual strong warrior serving her, so he's even less useful.

He doesn't get much respect as a person, and he doesn't the respect you owe to someone whose life you've fucked up, and he can't even get respect as someone who's useful and strong.

But I feel like that's not going to change. Does it?
