Love Bullet being saved came on the heels of several cult yuri being cancelled (Like Princess of the Sylph) and there was a general sentiment in the West that enough was enough, it also has a very unique focus on tacticool and dynamic fire fight scenes you don't see in yuri that much (apart from Otherside Picnic).
