I meant a sacramentally and legally binding one, all of the witnesses were paid actors and the venue was stolen from someone else. I mean, sure, they wore the suits and walked the walk, but they didn't actually get married in the end as far as I can tell.

Well yeah that's true, but the witnesses were paid to act like she was marrying the other guy, not like she was marrying him. So them witnessing that was 100% unbiased. So they are pretty much married in every way except for legally (I'm highly delusional but this is my headcanon and you can't stop me!)
