Well, it was either continue Oddspin or have a look at this for something about cons, and I Swear To God... is much more fun than Oddspin (which I may well go back to at some point). Fun art, fun characters, fun times.

I've not read Matsumoto's other work; I know she did a series about an old fashioned barber before (Harta does love publishing stories about slightly niche jobs) and a bunch of one shots.

I mean she didn't believe until seeing his living conditions and all the bills. Unless he embodies that life so much that he con his way out of paying every invoice ever or he somehow anticipated her coming and set it all up as a ruse. Otherwise yeah why would an ultra successful conman live like this and not a normal apartment.
