The citizens can trade among themselves for what they need, and Tadashi can assign a wife to begin trade with other nations. That will give them an idea of the value of their products, and they can start to form their own money from there.

Some of the more mature (Gore-y not sexy mature) mangas I've read with Vampires have had the female vamps wearing nothing but "clothes" painted on made from the blood of their victims that they were just bathing in beforehand. Sometimes they switch it up and use their hair to make clothes like in Bayoneta... But it always ends being somehow more revealing that what this lot are wearing.

Part of vampire manga lore is that they are known for charming their prey much like succubus. So yeah, they are usually either in goth lolita outfits, slutty can easily confuse for a succubi outfit, dominatrix outfit (thanks to a certain Eliza), elegant Victorian dress or a combination of the previous 4.

The only way to tell in some manga stories is seeing whether they have a tail or not.
Tail = succubus
No tail = either vampire or just some perverted human.

The tail isn't a guaranteed way either, but it's probably the most reliable.

I've taken to just considering the two to just be different tribes of the same race when it comes to manga, there is no universal way to identify them with 100% accuracy. Even their preferred food/fluid isn't always a reliable way to tell them apart.

But yeah, Vampire main traits are often used in non-vampire creatures and other creatures traits can sometimes be seen in vampires. Like a monster girl wearing goth loli was for a long time the go to when saying "This here be a vampire!" Like, one of my favorite series has a Tamamo no Mae in it but she looks NOTHING like a fox girl, you would think she was a vampire by her looks and choice of clothes. Hell she even drunk the main heroine's blood.
