I assume god-sensei (is he a sensei? don't think they specified, but he looks older and came at approximately the same time as the other adults) will be her first love, and he'll have the usual hidden darkness, that will drive her to bear-kun.

Looks like bear-kun and her tutor will likely have a romance arc, where she's convinced they're in love, but they're just childhood friends or something.
