I must say, she is a really poor omniscient being if she could not even figure out she had a chip in her brain. Nor that she never saw the world end. Somehow she even failed to notice that what she did, was fail to see past a certain point (and somehow that point was before she saw herself apprehended etc). And she also failed to notice she was not seeing a world ending, somehow, despite how it would be fairly easy to know considering the omniscience would let het see exactly how it ended.

Honestly, feels like this chapter just invalidated that entire "I am an omniscient god. So omniscient I am aware that I am a god. And that the world will end" start of the story. If this chapter was the case, should it not have started more with "I have some limited foresight. And I can see a termination in my sight, but not why and how. Nor can I see why I got this ability. So clearly neither a god, nor omniscient." or something similar?

Well, yeah, this is one of the many things fans say when they see the anime. I did try to explain some parts that I have extended knowledge on in the [translator note] session. But it turns out I did forget some stuff (I have made a deep research to justify some aspects of this anime a year ago, but it's unpublished and I can't remember it all). Her age was around 10-12, which points out her stubborn behavior, hasty decision-making, and naive thoughts. Imagine having such a strong power at such a young age, you'd call yourself a god and do chuunibyou stuff. The chip in her head isn't connected to the internet whatsoever. If you read closely, you might notice she has no questions about computer science, unlike other normal life stuff (it's shown more clearly in the anime). It's probably the chip is another brain that was implanted into her to balance the shortcomings that Logos Syndrome brought to her, and the computer science was already taught by her grandpa (seen in chapter 9). Her ability is possibly great anticipation from complex calculation to give out the most possible outcome in the future, and from that outcome, keeps calculating until the virtual outcome is pitch black (you can study about the "butterfly effect" for more context).

So I agree she is not omniscient, and she is just like an AI brought into the real world. She can quickly learn stuff at the highest speed (mahjong in chapter 4, joint cracking game & prize shooting in chapter 6, etc.), but she lacks knowledge and experience of things she has never seen before (like how she got into the refrigerated truck in chapter 6, thinking there will be a 5th strike in chapter 1, and multiple times asking about stuff that's normal to others throughout the story) making some really questionable plot. And again, the chip is not connected to the internet and still controlled by her stubborn behavior, which is why she's pretty cocky, covering up some failures in the most childish way. As for why she doesn't know about the chip in her head or how she got it... I suppose she already knows but tries to think of it as a goddess power that God awarded her (you know, kids' behavior...) but also avoid talking about it to maintain her godness image.

Summary:
  • Hina is not 100% omniscient.
  • Her power is based on calculation and quick learning, not the world library.
  • The chip is not connected to the internet.
  • She is unable to see things after 30 days because the chip needs incoming factors, and to get those incoming factors, it will use the latest outcome to do that. With the future of the chip getting destroyed or sealed, the virtual outcome that later put into incoming factors will be pitch black, and her naive thoughts will insist that as the world ends as her own death is not in her dictionary at the time.
  • Her young age and lack of experience lead to her stubborn behavior, hasty decision-making, and naive thoughts (her past also makes her have some negative thoughts toward some stuff).

Thank you for your comment anyway, I really appreciate comments like this that help reveal more information about the anime.
