The implication seems to be that the groping request and implementation was in his head, a fantasy which he then rejects and just tells her she can use the fridge.

If you guys say so. Though I'd note that there weren't as many indicators that it was a personal delusion as you would see in other mangas, it flowed well enough that it seemed like he pulled back and held his head to cool off. Admittedly there is a small bubbled ? that the girl has, but that's not particularly definitive.

Implied like the previous guy stated might be more on point, but personally I'll just wait until the next chapter to see if we're dealing with an MC who's falling into delusions, or if it's the girl choosing to taunt him for some reason.

At page 2, entice should be replaced with enticed. Also I think using just fat instead of fats is more appropriate. Fats makes me think more of nutrition.

Anyway, it seems Tamiya's really become off kilter from Natsuki's meddling. But I would be too, if I accidentally touched a girl's chest like that. But it seems Natsuki doesn't care about indirect kisses, because she just drank from a bottle without really figuring out which was which.

Because we're clearly dealing with a manga that's playing up some sort of circumstantial fantasy scenario. It doesn't surprise me if a girl suddenly starts fawning over the MC in some way or for X/Y reason. I'm gonna hold off and waiting to see if there's a pattern one way or another from future chapters like I said, to see if it's the MC being delusional, or the author deciding to suddenly make the girl very aggressive or "innocently" aggressive.

Considering how flustered she was last chapter over her chest getting touched that she was forced to flee with an excuse, her offering him to cop a feel now is simply out of character. His delusions are getting more vivid.

The moment he got a bottled drink, I knew this was setting up to execute the indirect kiss trope. Mangaka commentary(?) at the end calls her strong for not making a fuss over it, but the real power move would be taking a gulp each from both bottles.
