I don't think so, there is alot of things that don't match between Kaori and Saori, like unless Kaori changed her mother, changed her real name to Saori Fukuyama (Kaori Koga is her name), got a booba mole, implants, etc that ain't it

Since they introduced Saori previous chapter, probably Kaori gonna meet her when she enter this Agency

I went back and Kaori doesn’t have a mole. Yoshioka doesn’t have a mole. The fake video girl that was being passed off as Yoshioka didn’t have a mole. I think Saiori is an entirely new character for Kaori to become friends with.
