She's almost anorexic. Petite is fine, but boney is concerning. Based on this chapter, she's prone to anemia because she undereats which should be resolved either with iron supplements or a more filling, protein/iron-dense diet.

Additional downside to extremely low bodyfat %: Cold weather is much harder to deal with without extra warm clothes, which is impractical.
