Nah, this is just plain hentai. It's not even that fucked up of a hentai. I have seen way worse in my many years online.
Hell, most of this is reminiscent of time stop type stories. Though of course more accurately invisible stories, since y'know this is what it is. Though in this case since they're not really aware of him it's definitely closer to the time stop kind of thing. If anything, I wonder if his unknownable skill also means that they literally do not feel his chunchunmaru as even the presence of his level 1 peen doesn't even register in their mind and the queen actually only felt her fingers and did not at all feel his level 1 unknowable sword.
