Lusha and the author have forgotten that she has a skill called wind arrow. She's only used it once, several chapters ago, to trick some guards into thinking Hiroki has wind magic. She's never used it a single time to attack enemies. It does area of effect damage and would have been perfect for that goblin village or any time they are fighting large groups of enemies.
