The translation is so different from the other version, I had to look up the original Japanese and I'm pretty sure this version is inaccurate.
On the 5th page her little sister says, "でもお姉もそっちなのかあ…” ("But big sis you're like that too...") and she replies, "血かしら” ("Blood maybe"). Given the context, I think it's pretty obvious they're talking about sexual orientation and genetics, and not literal blood. There are also no mention of lips.

The previous 2 uploaders have established the trend of labeling the first half as <7> and the second half as <7.1>
Then along comes N3k0 Scans labeling the first half as <7.1> and not uploading the second half with MangaDex automagically switching to this version when you click the next button.
