Still weird that we've literally not seen mention of him. Then again, his dad was in the same home and this is literally the first time we've seen him in the present.

Tbh, it can be the same thing for the brother or he is in Uni the thing is you only have so many pages so you need to focus on what you add because having a brother show up one or two panels would not be great but will see when reading further ^^

I like that she described it that way and not just the usual "delicious" and "sweet". It's a personally baked, one-of-a-kind cake not sold anywhere else on the planet that includes the feelings of its maker as the secret ingredient. So Kaoruko didn't get to have maybe more than two slices, but the best part is that Rintarou will gladly bake her another (and hopefully even more to come).

God, their short call was so wholesome and cute. Ah, budding sweet love.
