Saved by the polycarbonate. That's why Mutou doesn't like these competitions.
The judge probably chose the film star because he didn't want bad rep with the larger entertainment industry. Yet they didn't want to especially insult the one who would have won without the polycarbonate, so it was like a silent agreement between the judges that it was voted 3-2. Such coordination is to be expected from the Japanese.
But, man, Mangadex is such a dead place. I've visited graveyards with more life than Mangadex's chapter comments. Chapter after chapter I'm the only person who ever comments. Maybe one chapter in 30 had another comment.
