usually when a manga depicts a character with outdated work ethics it would be the bespectacled older man, not the younger woman, but also. huh just realized it's rare to see a manga talks about the racism japanese receives, makes sense though since when you live in japan you'll more likely see japanese being racist towards foreigner during your everyday life
