I looked it up and yes, this goes all the way up to ch. 24. Volume 2 contains chapters 9-16. Volume 3 has chapters 17-24. As far as I've noticed, the H-manga being published in COMIC Ananga Ranga all tend to be longer stories that go on for like ~2 volumes.
Here's an example of another H-manga being published in that magazine, and that one is still ongoing.

Safe. Assuming you've read everything up to this chapter, the rest of the remaining chapters (I checked chapters 10-24 on DLsite) all have love/vanilla-adjacent tags, no NTR or NTR-related tags whatsoever. Mangaupdates also confirms this.

Any sex scenes featuring other girls will likely not involve the male lead, like that scene in chapters 3-4 with the female lead's gyaru friend and the teacher: just sex scenes featuring a different couple.
