I'd like to assume her incredible weakness to alcohol and complete blackouts after even the slightest alcohol consumption are a result of her psychic abilities, cause actual human beings don't fully black out from a single glass of wine or a single beer, like before.
But... This happens so damn often in manga. A character drinks a relatively tiny amount, starts behaving incredibly drunk, then completely blacks the whole event out. It's shit writing, to be honest.
