Man I kinda hate the mom. She's so manipulative and has totally changed up her son in law just because SHE felt like it. At least the stubborn dad is direct, but with her he has no idea he's even being manipulated. But I love that Rika is knocking some sense into him.

Takuya has a point, you may try living in the countryside as an introvert but farmlands are THE community, everyone is one big family including neighbors and either you like it or not gonna need to socialize to go by day.

Sure Rika is fasciated by a completely new place, but it's not really a great big outdoors and that town interesting places to see will quickly run dry.
