God I'm glad we're getting more of this. The author's adult works are... well, they're better at doing anything else, to put it in nice terms. Arai-san's mansion is by far the best thing they put out and it was saddening that it stopped, so seeing more come out is a blessing.

No worries, the author made a tweet recently about wanting to make new content for this series but being kinda short on ideas. He's free to do whatever he wants, but I really think he has talent for horror even if he prefers to draw adult content, so I'm really happy he finally found some motivation after all these years.
