Ah, maybe it's a QPR? A Queer/Quasi Platonic Relationship? Like best friend but a little more committed. Nice to see that kind of relationship explored/celebrated
nothing wrong with interpreting it that way, someone said buddy daddies had a similar vibe?, although other than them being strangers versus reuniting, it's kinda weird that it says "These two men are not friends" in the summary, i mean i understand not wanting labels on relationships but hopefully they'd consider themselves friends or so because out of context/not reading anything i would've assumed it would've been "they coincidentally met and just moved in together on a 'whim'" or so, but i guess that kinda summary sticks out (tho i imagine they consider themselves on good enough terms to live together versus "we're living together outta convenience/there was an issue with the landlord/room so we had to share a place in the same apartment complex")
Dunno what other series by this author is like, i'm fine with it not being bl even if some ppl might ship them but hopefully with that kinda summary it'll show them 'getting along' without necessarily some kinda 'fanservice/teasing/bait' to where the author's not 'committing' to it for whatever reason, as opposed to zettai bl where it's a parody/satire
