lol i get some schools are strict but piercings for girls shouldn't be too uncommon unless even office ladies are expected to not wear them, but at least they weren't like those 'gauges' that make larger holes that was a trend when i was a teen (although her hair's long enough to hide it if she wanted to lol/ i probably wouldn't even notice it on long haired ppl unless they were large/dangly or in a ponytail)
